Is The Obama Administration Engaged In A Conspiracy To Promote Illegal Immigration?

Perhaps there’s no conspiracy. Perhaps the following two actions are totally unrelated.

1. According to a recent report of the Inspector General of the Social Security Administration, the IRS refuses to punish employers who regularly submit large numbers of fraudulent W-2s on which the employees name and social security number don’t match. (HatTip: For What It’s Worth, via Instapundit).

2. The administration recently decided, contrary to the text of the health care legislation it rammed through, to delay, perhaps indefinitely but at least until after the 2014 midterm elections, verifying the eligibility of those claiming subsidies to participate in the new health care exchanges, relying on an “honor system” instead.

This administration is zealously fond of finding discrimination whenever any policy or practice (or even absence of an identifiable policy or practice) is associated with a “disparate impact” on its favored minorities, even in the absence of any intent to discriminate. Whatever the administration’s intent in the two decisions mentioned above, their obvious effect is to make things easier for illegals, thus encouraging more to come.

There seems to be a disparate impact in plausible deniability.

    Overwhelm the system.
