From yesterday’s New York Times “White House Memo“:
“We have a culture here where people actively dislike everything about this whole city,” one senior administration official said of Washington, adding, “the only leverage [President Obama] has right now is as an outsider.”
Really? If the only leverage the President of the United States has is that he’s “an outsider,” it’s time for him to retire (or be retired) and really become an outsider.
