Stanley Crouch points out that a conflict does not become a civil rights conflict simply because minorities are involved.
Since we are so concerned about diversity and the NY Transport Workers Union is an overwhelmingly minority union, how come nobody is demanding that the Union institute an affirmative action plan?
We can always do a swap with the Fireman’s Union which is overwhelmingly white in NY, and recently had labor issues.
