Based on revelations of the past week, the Obama administration has proved unable to prevent the IRS from engaging in blatant political discrimination and unwilling forthrightly to describe a terrorist attack as a terrorist attack. But, as these depressing posts document, its Justice and Education departments are requiring colleges and universities to prohibit speech that someone — not necessarily an objective, reasonable auditor — finds “unwelcome.”
