Fisher Will Be Heard Before Election

The Supreme Court has released its calendar for October and November of the coming term, and Fisher v. University of Texas is scheduled to be heard on October 10, the second argument of the term.

Looks like the candidates will not be able to avoid discussing the case before the election. Here’s a wholly unsolicited for Romney: during one of the debates, turn to President Obama and ask him a yes or no question — “Do you believe Americans have a right to be treated without regard to their race, creed, or color?”

    I beg the question.
I’ve heard tell of a time (240 years ago or so)when (ie)
Taxation, Representation, seperation (as in powers),Not(as in infringed, or enumerated),and “is”, all were understood by “common usage” to imply something quite different than interpretations undemocratically re-defined by minority (so-called, and ALSO reinterpreted, “elite”)edict today. Let’s call this trend “code speak”. “Newspeak” will do in a pinch.

How is “creed” to be interpreted THIS week?
Certainly not “a statement of fact”?

When someone declares “I believe…” I maintain my personal “right” to discriminate between “Just the facts ma’am!” and “Well,it’s… complicated.”
(SEE:Independent, married, hard working, tax paying, citizens, of middle class, home owning, family, education, spending, their earnings, within their means)

Of course,it would be helpful to agree,by simple majority consensus and “common usage” what the word “facts”(as well as “is”) represents. Naturally, folks claiming a complex elite, “credo”(by my comprehension-a CLEAR minority)will discriminate against “democracy” in this matter, once again (SEE:All known human history)inventing “new rules” for “fair” redistribution and “access” to “resources”.

That would be (unfortunately) racist. It’ll never happen.
