Juan Williams reports in The Hill this morning that the Democrats are considering a “nuclear option” if the Supreme Court rules Obamacare unconstitutional.
That blowup-the-system button, not pushed since FDR’s attempt to stack the court with Democrats during the New Deal, is for Obama to use the bully pulpit of the White House, and the national stage of a presidential campaign, to launch a bitter attack on the current court as a corrupt tool of the Republican right wing.
“Some Democrats,” Williams writes, “sensing a political windfall, can’t wait to start the offensive.”
So, Obama may launch an all-out war on the Supreme Court to undermine its legitimacy. And he has already defied and undermined Congress by implementing through executive orders policies that Congress has rejected. All that’s left for him to complete the troika of destruction is to undermine and delegitimize the presidency itself by leaking vital national security information for partisan advantage.
Oh, wait….
And the RINOs are surrendering on all issues. No impeachment of Janet Reno Napolitano, no impeachment of Eric Holder, no impeachment of James Clapper, no withholding of funds for the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty. RINOs are surrendering accross the board.

If it’s not the UN, it’s the “euro” zone, or the Democrat “party”, or the Ninth Circuit AGAIN, or “latest-(“selective”/zero peer review ONLY))theories-show “economists”, or nuisance “ecological” lawsuits.
Where, exactly, are such folks appointed “credentials” for such thinking?
I’d like to think the Ninth Circuit, and the DOJ itself, are worthy of closer scrutiny than the SCOTUS. And there’s no need to sit around waiting for a “Let’s see if they do something wrong” threat to “riot”.
